• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for product launches and brand activations.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with dermatologists, beauty influencers, and content creators.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI through performance tracking (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV).
• Guide and mentor a team of 3–4 direct reports, fostering collaboration and execution excellence.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to align strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• 5–10 years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
• Strong background in KOL/Influencer Marketing with proven campaign success.
• Demonstrated team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and digital trends.
