Mô tả công việc

Comprehensively approach for overall CB's sales push strategies, include but not limited in commercial target setting, budgeting, key MKT programs (Content livestreams/ Videos/ Paid Ads) and side projects
Closely collaborate with other key cross-functional stakeholders to align on overall direction and next actions
Monitor performance daily/ weekly/ monthly, handle the issues & ensure smooth process on daily basic
Deliver concise, insightful reports and presentations to various audiences to provide a clear view of progress, risks, and next steps

Yêu cầu công việc

MUST-HAVE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Economics, Business, E-commerce or relevant domains
Strong ability to work with data & presentation (slide makers, presenting)
Cross-functional collaboration skill and strong problem-solving skill to deal with conflict
Own growth mindset and be comfortable navigating ambiguous operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
Full professional fluency in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate ideas transparently to influence key stakeholders
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Business Acumen: Solid commercial understanding paired with a strategic mindset.
Solid GSheet/Excel skills (modeling, trackers, clean logic) with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Resilience & growth mindset: thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment; stays calm under pressure and iterates fast in a direct-feedback culture
