Tuyển dụng Lab Team Leader (Food Laboratory) tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are seeking a Laboratory Team Leader to oversee daily laboratory operations, lead a team of technicians, and enhance laboratory capabilities to meet client requirements. The role focuses on productivity improvement, quality compliance, technical development, and operational excellence within the Food Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise laboratory technicians to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate testing activities, and timely delivery of results.

Review test results, implement testing methods, and ensure compliance with testing standards, SOPs, client requirements, and ISO 17025.

Expand laboratory capabilities by introducing new test methods and preparing resources to meet evolving customer requirements.

Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality systems, equipment calibration, and laboratory accreditation requirements while identifying and escalating operational risks.

Drive productivity improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and efficient utilization of laboratory resources and equipment.

Bachelor's degree in

Chemistry

(Chromatography/Wet Chemistry) or

Microbiology/Biotechnology

(Microbiology Laboratory).

Minimum

2 years of experience within SGS Food Laboratory or

3 years of relevant experience in a similar laboratory environment.

Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality systems.

Experience in laboratory testing, method implementation, quality compliance, and team supervision.

English proficiency equivalent to Level B or above.
