We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen client relationships within the Hardline business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and enhancing SGS's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Develop and execute business development strategies, marketing initiatives, and market penetration plans for new services and target segments.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and propose effective sales strategies.

Collaborate with technical, customer service, and project teams to deliver excellent customer service and support project execution.

Participate in trade shows, industry events, networking activities, and marketing campaigns to promote SGS services and expand the customer base.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis; support complaint handling and follow-up on outstanding payments when required.

Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices to improve overall team performance.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum

3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within related products or services.

Good command of

English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities and customer orientation.

Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
