We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth for SGS Calibration Services and IoT Environmental Monitoring Solutions. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building relationships with customers across industries such as Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for calibration services and IoT environmental monitoring solutions within target industries.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, prepare proposals, manage quotations, and drive sales opportunities from prospecting to closure.

Promote SGS calibration capabilities and environmental monitoring solutions while providing technical and commercial support to customers.

Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for recurring service contracts and account growth.

Coordinate with internal teams and SGS affiliates to ensure smooth project execution, customer satisfaction, and business expansion.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related fields.

2-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, business development, sales engineering, or account management.

Experience in Calibration, TIC, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Industrial Automation, Environmental Monitoring, or IoT-related industries is preferred.

Good command of English and

Chinese (Mandarin - minimum HSK Level 3).

Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer management skills.
