Work Location

• From now until May 2027: Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An Province (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, hardware, and systems.
• Handle daily IT troubleshooting and perform minor repairs independently.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance (MTN) team or external contractors for major repairs.
• Work closely with HQ IT team and communicate in English on IT-related matters.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for hardware and IT equipment requests.
• Support other departments with software and IT-related requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, office applications, and other software.
• Manage and monitor LAN, Internet connections, and basic network infrastructure.
• Ensure IT systems and information security requirements are properly maintained.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields.
• Good command of English, especially for communication and understanding IT-related documents.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Good understanding of computer networks, LAN, Internet connections, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Able to troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues independently.
• Proactive, responsible, careful, and reliable.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tasks independently.
• Willing to learn and keep up with new technologies.
• Strong awareness of information security and confidentiality.
