JOB SUMMARY

Industrial Engineer responsibilities include ensuring products meet established quality standards and increase efficiency. He/she is able to analyze operations and design workflows and production processes to reduce loss along the way while still meeting customer needs.

Ultimately, you will work with organizational leaders and other Engineers to maximize productivity and reduce waste in the production process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Generating standard time, assure that plant uses the correct, accuracy standard.
• Analyzing machine capacity versus the demand and giving out suggestion on machineries purchase, upgrading to meet up ramplan.
• Prepare material and equipment lists, cost analyses for manufacturing projects.
• Design the layout of facilities
• Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals
• Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Department Head and the Director of Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education
• Required –Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management discipline
• Experience
• 1-2 years in manufacturing environment

Knowledge of

• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Knowledge on ergonomics, Lean, quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Documentation and organization skills.
• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
