Industrial Engineer (Off-Shore) is responsible for monitoring & maintaining the Engineering System Database of Off-Shore Tasks (US system), coordinating all engineering change orders to ensure system is updated on time and accuracy. Also responsible for industrial engineering role in Wanek for time study and process improvements.
1. IE Offshore Responsibilities:
Control the Task assignment from system: Engineering specification change orders from the Solid work manage system, new item set ups from Calisto system.
Understand the Engineering Specification Change Requests to know what changes need to be changed.
Proactively communicate with the US team to identify the Effective date.
Diligently and accurately maintain Engineering specification changes in the system environment following SOP.
Make the plan and control the progress to make sure meet timeline.
Understand Production process to standardize current procedures.
Update performance tracking weekly.
Escalate incidents or issues to US Team for further analysis to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively.
2. Industrial Engineering Responsibilities:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for new products, new operations or projects.
Analysis the process, apply Leam method to identify improvement opportunities.
Access Idea Network regarding process changes.
Study and analysis for workload, capacity, costing for the projects.
Follow up the project implemetation and support problem solving
Support Production Department to optimize thru-put and sustain improvement activities.
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Supervisor and Department Head.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Certifications Lean, Data Analytics certifications are advantageous.

2. Experience:
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement.
3. Knowledge of:
Time study & work measurement.
Line balancing, layout & ergonomics.
Process analysis & optimization.
Capacity planning & labor analysis.
4. Skills and Abilities:
English communication
Advance at Excel
Analysis tool: Pivot Table, Power PI
CAD layout drawing
AI/Automation tools
