Our factory operates under the export-production customs regime (SXXK, type E31) and self-declares customs on ECUS/VNACCS. The factory handles 5–20 shipments per month, including raw-material imports, finished-goods exports, sample shipments and domestic carton/packaging deliveries. Certificates of Origin (C/O) are required, and origin criteria are not yet systematically verified. Operations are tracked in Excel (no ERP).

The successful candidate will take over all current import-export duties — forwarder coordination, customs declaration and HS classification — and will work closely with the plant, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, customers and forwarders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including raw materials, finished goods and samples, from booking through delivery and document completion.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations using ECUS/VNACCS, check shipping documents and determine appropriate HS codes.
• Prepare Certificates of Origin (C/O) applications and verify the relevant origin requirements.
• Obtain and compare forwarder quotations, recommend shipping options and reconcile logistics invoices for Finance approval.
• Maintain shipment, cost and sample-tracking records, and report delays or irregularities promptly.
• Support export-production customs compliance and annual customs settlement reporting by providing import/export data and coordinating reconciliations with Warehouse, Accounting and external support. This role is not expected to independently lead or prepare the entire annual settlement report.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on import–export experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
• Practical experience with customs declarations, HS classification and C/O applications.
• Familiarity with export-production customs procedures; annual settlement experience is an advantage rather than a mandatory requirement.
• Good English reading and writing, strong Excel skills and willingness to travel to the plant.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
