HSE Assistant Supervisor

1. Develop and maintain management systems for safety, security, environment, and PCCC.
Propose necessary procedures, instructions, and forms related to safety, environment, and PCCC.
Support the safety senior supervisor in implementing assigned tasks for building safety, environmental, and PCCC management systems.
Establish a list of policies, procedures, instructions, and forms related to safety, security, environment, and PCCC.
2. Develop and implement annual environmental monitoring plans
Support the Safety senior supervisor in preparing annual environmental monitoring programs.
Coordinate with environmental monitoring agencies to carry out periodic monitoring as planned.
Liaise with licensed units for waste transportation and treatment in accordance with regulations.
3. Update, analyze, and evaluate legal compliance related to safety, security, environment, and PCCC.
Update legal regulations on safety, security, environment, and PCCC.
Extract applicable legal provisions for manufacturing enterprises.
Support the Factory Director in legal compliance assessments.
4. Compile statistics, analyze, investigate, and report incidents, occupational accidents, and hazardous situations.
5. Establish and update factory layouts and equipment to ensure compliance with approved designs and legal requirements.
Prepare factory layout drawings and evacuation maps.
Liaise with contractors for installation of emergency lighting, exit lights, and fire protection equipment.
6. Organize emergency drills including PCCC & CNCH, chemical spill response, first aid, occupational accidents, internal security, etc
7. Analyze training needs and organize training programs on safety, security, environment, and PCCC for employees, contractors, customers, visitors, and suppliers.
Conduct safety, environmental, and PCCC training according to plan.
Compile statistics and report training implementation results.
8. Monitor compliance with safety, security, environmental, and PCCC regulations by departments, contractors, etc.
Inspect, supervise, and report compliance with safety, environmental protection, and PCCC regulations.
Propose improvements, corrective actions, and handle violations of safety, environmental, and PCCC regulations.
Graduated from University majoring in Labor Safety/ Environmental/ Chemistry, ...
Above 1 - 2 years of experience in occupational safety and health management in manufacturing companies.
Knowledge of legal regulations related to occupational health and safety, including the Law on Occupational Health and Safety, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Law, the Environmental Protection Law, the Chemical Law, and other relevant state regulations.
Basic communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Overtime and night shifts may be required if there is unexpected work.
