- Design recruitment plan base on production needs

- Develop recruitment network

- Design recruitment advertisement

- Manage a small group for outdoor recruitment activities

- Develop Facebook and Zalo recruitment

- Continuously expand recruitment contacts, media and area

- Ensure compliance of labor contract and employee records

- All other HR related activities including outdoor work and document support

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of experience in HR 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Familiarity with Vietnam labor law, tax compliance, and general regulatory requirements affecting office operations

• Hands on experience in high volume workers hiring

• Proficiency in Vietnamese; strong written and spoken English OR Chinese

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
