Tuyển dụng Recruiter Intern tại Hưng Yên

● Support mass recruitment campaigns for production workers. 

● Post job ads on channels such as Facebook, Zalo, job sites, community groups, and job centers. Source and screen candidates. 

● Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and support recruitment events/job fairs. 

● Maintain candidate database and track recruitment pipeline. 

● Assist in recruitment marketing activities (content writing, basic design, photos). 

● Support Employer Branding initiatives. Perform other tasks assigned by HR team. 

● Other tasks required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields. 

● Passionate about recruitment and HR. 

● Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure. 

● Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or design tools is a plus. 

● English fluency. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Offices).
