Job description

• Organize and manage marketing activities of Commercial Division to support sales growth, distribution development, customer relationships and CFC brand positioning;

• Develop, propose, implement monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans, priorities, KPIs and activities aligned with business objectives, market insights and sales requirements;

• Lead and manage the implementation of approved push/pull programs, customer initiatives, events, sales support activities through branches and sales teams;

• Manage distributor and point-of-sale support, brand visibility, POSM and marketing material, ensuring the consistent brand standards and effective market coverage;

• Manage marketing budgets, monitor program effectiveness, evaluate return on investment and recommend improvement actions;

• Coordinate with market intelligence, sales, branches and related functions to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives;

• Lead, develop the performance of the marketing team;

• To perform other duties relates to working position.

• Age ≤ 40;

• University graduated, major in Marketing, Economics and other relevant majors;

• Have at least 05 years working in Marketing management, candidates with experience in the field of cement, construction materials or other B2B industries will get priority.

• Have strong market analysis, sales support, product marketing and business development skills, good understanding of market trends, customers, competitors, product positioning, pricing and distribution channels;

• English fluency in 4 skills. Willing to travel regularly;

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced excel and powerpoint; capable of data analysis and creating reports, charts, and dashboards; skilled in using Power BI/Power Query and AI tools for analysis and reporting, proficiency in ERP/CRM, Canva/Adobe, or basic SQL is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, planning, execution, communication and cross-functional coordination skills;

• Honesty, integrity, dynamism, creativity, high sense of responsibility and discipline, result-driven, ability to work under high pressure.

Other information

• Probation period: 02 months;

• Working time: average 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week;
