Tuyển dụng Head of Legal, Compliance Control & Quality Management Dept tại Hà Nội

• Oversee the three sections of the department: Legal Section / Compliance Control Section / Quality Management Section
• Report directly to Company management as the person responsible for legal affairs, compliance control, and quality management (including food hygiene and safety) company-wide
• As the head of the “audit/control side” under the Three Lines of Defense model, oversee the inspection and control of business process/regulation compliance across all departments and report violations to Company management
• Oversee the establishment of regulations and periodic audits related to security/safety and fire safety (PCCC), in coordination with the execution units — the General Affairs Department and Store Development Department
• Oversee compliance with Vietnamese retail-related laws and regulations and license/permit matters

Yêu cầu công việc

• Management experience in a legal or compliance function (approx. 10+ years, including 5+ years in a managerial role)
• Experience in the retail/distribution industry, or in an industry handling food products (manufacturing, wholesale, food service, etc.), is preferred
• Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations (labor law, commercial law, food hygiene and safety regulations, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of quality management (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and auditing is a plus
• Governance experience at a Japanese or foreign-invested company is a plus
• Communication ability in Vietnamese and English (Japanese ability is a further plus)
• Discipline and an unwavering commitment to principle as a representative of the “protective side”
• At the same time, the coordination skills to work constructively with, rather than against, operational departments (General Affairs, Store Development, etc.)
• Logical rigor and the resolve to report directly to Company management
• Self-driven initiative to lead the launch phase of a newly established department
• Approx. 35–50 years old as a guideline (managerial experience is weighted more heavily than age)
• No reluctance to conduct store visits (for audit purposes)
