Job Brief

• This role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Maison’s wholesale channel in Vietnam, with a strong focus on B2B customers in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working with distributors, agents, wholesale accounts, or retail partners, and prior exposure to sport brands or fashion sportswear businesses is highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the wholesale sales strategy in line with the Company’s business direction, ensuring growth in revenue, market coverage, and profit performance.
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop B2B customers in the fashion industry, including agents, distributors, wholesale buyers, retail chains, and other potential business partners in both key and emerging markets.
• Prioritize opportunities with customers or partners who are active in the sport brand segment, in order to expand brand presence and maximize seasonal sell-in performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer approach, negotiation, deal closing, order follow-up, and after-sales service, to ensure a professional customer experience and long-term business relationships.
• Work closely with BM/OM and related departments to build buying plans, allocate merchandise, monitor inventory, and optimize business performance by season/collection.
• Track, analyze, and manage customer database, revenue by territory, product group, and partner to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while improving the service quality for tier 2 and tier 3 wholesale accounts in line with company standards and brand expectations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on sell-out support activities, trade marketing initiatives, merchandising, promotion campaigns, and sales support programs throughout the season.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of customer data, sales performance, commercial policies, and all business information of the Company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.

REQUIREMENTS for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in wholesale, B2B sales, distribution, account management, or equivalent roles within the fashion, retail, consumer, or branded goods industry.
• Solid experience working with B2B customers in the fashion industry is a strong advantage; candidates with exposure to sport brands are especially preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving, and sales pipeline management skills.
• Good commercial mindset and market understanding, with the ability to manage merchandise flow, sales performance, inventory, and seasonal business cycles in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to analyze data and prepare business reports is preferred.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; able to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, cooperative, and willing to travel when required..
