Job Purpose

Support sourcing and onboarding fashion and cosmetics brands to maisononline (MSO) and e-commerce marketplaces. Execute the day-to-day operating plan for assigned brands so they hit sales targets on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand sourcing & onboarding support

Research the market and maintain the target brand list (category, price segment, online presence).

Make first contact with brands, prepare pitch materials and support the Lead in negotiations.

Run the onboarding checklist: collect legal documents, product catalog, pricing, images; coordinate warehouse setup and marketplace listing.

2. Brand operation execution

Manage a portfolio of assigned brands following the agreed operating model.

Prepare deal lists, pricing and promotion proposals for Mega, Brand Day and Livestream sessions.

Track daily/weekly sales, GMV, sell-through and stock; flag issues early and propose quick fixes.

Prepare weekly performance reports per brand.

3. Brand communication

Be the daily point of contact for assigned brands: confirm plans, stock, samples, campaign timelines.

Handle operational issues (pricing errors, stock gaps, listing problems) and escalate when needed.

Requirements

Must have

1–3 years in BD, Key Account, Category or Marketplace Operations (e-commerce, retail).

Interest in or exposure to fashion and/or cosmetics.

Good communication and follow-up skills; detail-oriented with numbers.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Nice to have

Has supported brand onboarding or campaign planning before.

Good English communication.
