Financial Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

1.1 Payment & Banking Operations

- Process daily payment transactions for suppliers, employees, and other company expenses in accordance with company procedures.

- Prepare payment documents, bank transfer requests, and coordinate with banks to complete related procedures.

- Monitor bank account balances, update daily cash inflows and outflows, and manage daily cash flow.

- Liaise with banks regarding account opening, internet banking, domestic/international payment documents, and other banking-related matters.

1.2 Cash Flow Management & Reporting

- Monitor payment plans to ensure sufficient operational cash flow for company activities.

- Prepare reports related to cash flow, bank balances, and payment status as required by management.

- Support bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when necessary.

1.3 Accounting Entries & Finance Support

- Record accounting entries related to payment and banking transactions in ERP/SAP system.

- Support review and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable with customers and suppliers.

- Support periodic accounting closing and prepare supporting data for financial reporting when required.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure payment documents are complete and compliant with internal regulations.

1.4 Other Duties

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

1. College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payment accounting, banking accounting, or accounts receivable/payable.

3. Experience working with banks and handling payment documentation is an advantage.

4. Careful, honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

5. Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments.

6. Foreign language is not mandatory; candidates with English or Chinese communication skills will be preferred.

7. Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/SAP or accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
