• Develop the Aftersales business and be responsible for spare parts and accessories sales.

• Manage customer care activities by implementing the company's customer relationship management strategy to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee dealers' aftersales operations and spare parts turnover to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Manage and develop dealers' service operations.

• Promote spare parts and accessories sales planning to achieve spare parts sell-in targets.

• Drive Aftersales activities to increase spare parts sell-out and maintain the highest level of service quality.

• Ensure dealers comply with company standards, Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines, and tool requirements.

• Implement and promote dealer service activities and service promotion programs.

• Ensure product quality standards by monitoring and gathering technical issues from the market and providing technical reports.

• Prepare visit reports and deliver on-the-job training to enhance both the technical competencies and soft skills of dealer staff.

• Coordinate with the call center to resolve customer complaints and provide effective support in the market.

• Coordinate with related departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to deploy and maximize the Vehicles SO as well as spare parts and accessories.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Aftersales area; experience in the motorcycle industry is preferred.

• Have knowledge of basic hardware-related products along with a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage.

• Good English skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
