• Responsible for the daily repair, maintenance, and upgrading of production equipment and facilities.
• Manage factory facilities and production equipment, and establish, implement, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance system.
• Ensure the safe and stable operation of the factory utility systems, including water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, and other related systems.
• Gather and analyze data, blueprints, and reports related to facilities and equipment.
• Determine facility and equipment specifications based on operational requirements.
• Analyze project costs and prepare budgets for facility and equipment-related projects.
• Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layouts, various facility systems, and quality control measures.
• Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to identify opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop processing plans and optimize resource allocation.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance and facility-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and compliance documentation as required.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• More than 6 years of experience in facility and equipment management, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing company.
• Associate degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in medium- to large-scale manufacturing facilities, particularly in power systems, production equipment, facility management, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Good organizational and planning skills, including experience in plant planning and construction, production line and equipment planning, installation, and qualification.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing implementation is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD and PLC programming is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
