Tuyển dụng F&B Procurement Executive (Thời Vụ 8 Tháng) - Chuỗi Nhà Hàng tại Hồ Chí Minh

This position is part of the Procurement Department, reporting to the Procurement Supervisor/ Procurement Manager, and is responsible for sourcing and purchasing food ingredients and restaurant consumable materials for Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, and Popeyes. The role focuses on supplier management, cost optimization, purchasing, and ensuring a stable and efficient supply of materials for the three international F&B brands.

• Source and purchase imported and local goods and services complying with brand standard, company policies, and procedures at the best price and terms (payment, delivery, sponsor,..).
• Understand the overall process of supply chain department and nature of each brand under F&B Group to propose the suitable source of supply.
• Proactively and flexibly source to propose alternative sources and backup source of supply for best cost, terms, and safety supply chain.

Closely work with R& in developing new menu items or any ideas of alternative/backup materials to improve the COGs of the brand.
Negotiate contract, price, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities for reduction cost to improve supply chain process.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers to leverage on the opportunities of cost reduction and service efficiency.
Evaluate vendor performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
Explore alternative sources for goods, service, materials,…Prepare and process Purchase Orders and documents in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Work with forwarders to do customs clearance the imported goods applied for oversea suppliers.
Monthly Report: price Trend, COGs report, spending analysis, contract management, supplier management, supplier evaluation,…Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, or Business Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Preferred candidates with procurement/supply chain experience in chain-based F&B businesses, particularly for imported and local food materials.
• Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
