Key Responsibilities

1. Client Accounting Onboarding and Setup

- Manage complete setup for new clients, including initial tax, bank, and social insurance registrations, digital signatures, accounting software implementation, and opening balance setup.

- Collect, organize, and assess client accounting records, advising on remediation, adjustments, or reconstruction where necessary.

2. Accounting Documents, Invoicing and Bookkeeping

- Process, review, and organize client invoices and accounting documents, advising on corrections for incomplete or non-compliant records.

- Set up, issue, and manage client e-invoices, record routine accounting transactions, and perform periodic reconciliations (bank, receivables, payables).

3. Corporate & Transactional Tax Compliance and Filing

- Prepare, review, and submit periodic corporate tax filings (VAT, provisional CIT, FCT) and manage compliance schedules to ensure timely submission.

- Advise clients on ongoing corporate tax compliance matters and represent or support clients during routine tax inquiries and authority communications.

4. Payroll, PIT Compliance and Social Insurance

- Process full-cycle payroll, generate payslips, calculate statutory PIT withholding and social insurance contributions, and prepare periodic PIT declarations.

- Manage ongoing social insurance and employee tax registrations, adjustments, and execute annual PIT finalization filings for clients and their staff.

5. Period-End Closing and Annual Accounting Reporting

- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, including data reconciliations and trial balance preparations.

- Prepare annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow) and annual CIT finalizations, identifying and reporting accounting or tax risks promptly.

6. Special Tax Projects and Audit Defense

- Execute specialized client projects and audit defense engagements, including VAT refunds, tax incentives, compliance reviews, multi-year tax audit support, tax code reactivation/closure, liquidations, and dissolutions.

7. Internal Accounting Support for Henrison Law

- Assist with internal sales invoicing, payment schedules, and accounts receivable/payable management.

- Support internal cash flow monitoring, expense control, transaction reviews, and error resolution.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field.
2. At least 03 years of practical experience in Vietnam accounting and tax services.
3. Hands-on experience in accounting and tax matters for corporate clients and household business.
4. Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, accounting regulations and tax laws.
5. Ability to independently handle fundamental accounting operations, tax filings and accounting records.
6. High level of integrity, attention to detail, accountability and awareness of client confidentiality.
7. Good communication and client service skills, with the ability to communicate work-related matters clearly and professionally.
