*JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Compliance & Supplier Quality Management

- Support in execution of supplier quality management program

- Support compliance program such as: audit and internal audit, DIR, CAPA, Change control,…

- Support and execute tasks related to calibration

- Support in execution of audit program: internal + external audit

- Support in execution of GMP

- Involve to improvement team if required & initiative improvement idea

2. Validation & Risk Management

- Support validation activities, including participating in training on validation processes, production processes, test methods, and testing procedures

- Assist Validation Engineers/Validation Team in executing validation tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and standards

- Prepare validation documentation, including drafting validation protocols and validation reports

- Develop risk analysis documents for equipment and machinery as part of the validation and compliance process

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering/Biotechnology Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Quality Management/Food Technology and related background.

- Good English for reading the procedure, writing the email, good at speaking/listening for effective communication in meeting.

- Being organized, oriented and interested in quality field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
