Purpose of Position

• Execute eCommerce strategy through promotion planning, execution, and performance monitoring across online channels.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and execution of commercial activities.
• Analyze promotion effectiveness and recommend optimization actions to drive business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for Volume Sales and commercial/volume KPIs. Create promotion plan for all channels following ecommerce commercial strategy.
• Analyze commercial performance and report on weekly/ monthly.
• Coordinate closely with distributors, enablers, and platform partners to ensure smooth daily operations and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to develop promotional campaigns and shopper activation initiatives across eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website, etc.).
• Keep up with eCommerce trends, platform developments, competitor and market best practices to improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and shopper engagement.
• Other assigned project within e-commerce department.

Education

• B.S/B.A Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Marketing or related field required
• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills

Industry Experiences

• 2+ years in Ecommerce
• Basic understanding in alcohol/beer industry

Position Experiences

2+ years in ecommerce, commercial role preferred

Language

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)

Computer

Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc.

Knowledge/ Skills

• Sufficient analytical skills, ability to analyze information and making information-based recommendations.
• Approach all partner management & development tasks with a deliberate, focused and detailed plan.
• Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills.
• Customer-service mindset
• Good negotiation & selling skill.
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
