This role keeps our Amazon selling accounts healthy, compliant, and operating smoothly across FBA and FBM You'll manage account health, pricing, listings, and compliance to ensure products remain available, competitive, and ready to sell across global marketplaces

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Compliance & Account Health Monitoring (45%)

- Monitor compliance & logistics: Ensure listings meet marketplace compliance, manage documentation (VAT, EORI, LUCID, GPSR, FDA, etc), and coordinate FBM shipping, labeling, and customs compliance

- Manage account health: Keep accounts healthy and compliant across FBA and FBM, identify issues early, and prepare Plans of Action (POAs) to support appeals and reinstatements.

Data & Inventory Management (35%)

- Manage pricing and promotions: Set and adjust prices, fix violations, set up coupons and deals, and watch the Buy Box across our own and reseller listings

- Manage listings: Keep listings accurate and expand them to new marketplaces.

- Monitor inventory health: Improve sell-through, resolve discrepancies and reconciliations, and maintain accurate data across internal systems.

Customer Support (20%)

- Handle Amazon cases: Open, track, and follow up on cases related to listing errors, inventory issues, and account discrepancies.

- Handle buyer support: Respond to buyer inquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery issues with fast and accurate responses to keep performance metrics healthy.

- Open to fresh graduates / junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working with data and using Google Sheets / Excel.

- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

- Reliable and accountable, you take ownership and deliver work on time.

- Honest and transparent in your communication.

- Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site)

- Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site)

- Probation Period: 2 months
