This is an e-commerce supply chain role focused on sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing coordination, rather than traditional logistics and supply chain functions such as transportation, freight, warehousing, or distribution. We’re looking for someone who enjoys communication and exploring how products move through the world’s largest e-commerce marketplaces, while challenging themselves to secure the right products at the right cost and time.

What You'll Do

• Research, identify and outreach potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.

• Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.

• Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.

• Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.

• Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Open to fresh graduates

• Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

• Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.

• Enjoy communicating with others, while staying organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions.
