Job Description

• Manage and operate the TikTok Shop comprehensively, including product listing, information updates, promotional programs and advertising coordination.

• Develop and implement content strategies to improve product visibility, engagement and conversion performance.

• Plan and execute brand promotion activities and campaigns on TikTok Shop.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs and creators; coordinate product reviews, affiliate activities and livestream campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze business data and market feedback to evaluate operational performance and recommend optimization solutions.

• Closely track TikTok and industry trends to identify relevant content, product and campaign opportunities.

• Prepare regular operational reports, develop promotional plans and allocate sales targets for each period.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of business activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience independently managing and operating a TikTok Shop.

• Proven experience in building, launching, and scaling a TikTok Shop from the ground up.

• Experience in the Beauty, Skincare or Personal Care industry is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in managing TikTok Ads, developing advertising strategies and optimizing ROI.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business performance, identify market trends and respond quickly to market changes.

• Proactive in keeping up with the latest TikTok and industry trends.

• Good communication, cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Chinese language speaking at average or good level.
