- Proficient in both English and Japanese (Business level, capable of smooth reading, writing, and speaking for international meetings).

- At least 2+ years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising (MD), Production Management, or related coordination roles.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (for data analysis/pricing) and PowerPoint (for presentation proposals).

- Practical experience in Import/Export (Logistics/Trade) processes.
