• Manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads and other channels, with a focus on user acquisition and in-app conversions;
• Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage both current and potential customers;
• Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets and targeting strategies to enhance user experience and acquisition;
• Monitor and analyze campaign data, evaluating performance to recommend improvements;
• Generate regular reports with insights focused on user acquisition and engagement;
• Test various ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective combinations that drive app installs and user engagement;
• Refine ad content and design based on test results to improve campaign effectiveness;
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance campaign strategies;
• Keep up with mobile advertising trends and implement best practices to ensure optimal outcomes;
• Efficiently manage budgets to maximize ROI and forecast future needs based on campaign performance;
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
• At least 2 years in performance advertising, especially with mobile app campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads);
• Proficient in metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS; familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, CleverTap…);
• Strong understanding of app marketing trends and user behavior;
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively and optimize based on data insights;
• Capable of creating engaging ad content and testing different approaches for performance;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Must have a personal laptop;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations;
• Mature, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
