Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign structures based on different objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, traffic, messages, leads, and restaurant reservations.
• Recommend suitable advertising strategies, content angles, formats, and calls to action based on each campaign's objective.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, visuals, copy, formats, placements, and campaign settings.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, bidding, placements, and creatives.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Google tracking tags to ensure campaign data and conversions are recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with the Content and Design teams to prepare suitable advertising materials.
• Review advertising content to ensure compliance with platform policies, rules, and restrictions.
• Track key performance metrics, including reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per result, leads, messages, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly advertising reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, new features, policy updates, and algorithm developments across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.
• Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is preferred.
• Experience setting up and checking Meta Pixel and Google tracking tags.
• Understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and basic campaign optimization.
• Able to read campaign data and identify what is performing well or underperforming.
• Good understanding of advertising policies and platform rules.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Honest, responsible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
