Role Overview bTaskee is expanding its operations across Southeast Asia, offering an exciting opportunity for candidates who aspire to work in an international environment and directly contribute to operations and customer care in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels;
• Support customers throughout their service and app experience, ensuring a seamless journey;
• Record, resolve, or escalate issues to relevant departments in a timely manner;
• Execute routine CS tasks including feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and post-service follow-ups;
• Prepare customer service reports and propose improvements to service quality;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related roles;
• Proficient in English for professional use — reading, writing, and communication;
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus;
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to handle situations effectively;
• Able to work independently, proactively, and perform well under pressure;
• Proficient in office tools and work applications;
• Have a personal laptop.
