Location: Đà Nẵng (Vietnam-based)

Market: Southeast Asia (starting with Malaysia)

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth across Southeast Asian markets;
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content, partnerships, PR, and offline activations where applicable;
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment between brand and acquisition objectives;
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop localized marketing initiatives;
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Design, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and market expansion;
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, KOLs/KOCs, media, and communities to strengthen brand presence in each market;
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing results;
• Manage marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery;
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities across Southeast Asia;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing;
• Experience working in international markets or multinational/regional companies is preferred;
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
• Good understanding of digital marketing, content, social media, partnerships, and campaign management; experience with performance marketing is a plus;
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Proficient in using AI tools to support research, content creation, campaign optimization, and reporting;
• Good English communication;
• Have a personal laptop.
