•  Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
•  Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines.
•  3–5 years of experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong foundation in C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, Web API/REST/OData, and SQL. Prior experience with the Creatio platform or No-Code CRM platforms is preferred.
• Prefer experience in end-to-end CRM implementation (Sales, Marketing, and Service modules).
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and strong business analysis skills.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C# (.NET) or JavaScript.
• Experience in system integration (REST API, Webhook, Data mapping).
• Knowledge of Workflows and BPMN is a significant advantage.
• Good English communication skill is a plus.
• Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze / study new technical, new frameworks.
