Lead and execute the overall Air Freight strategy at country level to achieve sustainable, profitable growth

Align country Air Product objectives with local Sales objectives; act as the Air product knowledge centre for the country

Oversee Station/Area Managers and Gateway Manager (where applicable) to ensure delivery of budgeted growth and profit

Manage the country procurement relationship with carriers for direct/local business, in coordination with Regional Procurement

Oversee local pricing and tender activity for direct or gateway (where applicable) business.

Escalate market needs, trends and customer requirements to Regional product and pricing teams

Manage Business Implementation and Operations Excellence across country and station teams; monitor KPI dashboards and drive corrective actions to achieve country level business/operations KPI and financial level KPI

Act as the country's first-level escalation and coordination point for all Air Freight matters

Develop and manage cross-functional Air Freight projects, including budgets, timelines and resourcing

Ensure compliance with company policy, IATA/RA3/ISO and other regulatory requirements at country level

Build and develop the country Air Freight team's capability and succession pipeline

Collaborate with other country or regions to grow the network business

Support and drive sales to push for Air freight product within the country level.

Work collaboratively with SF Express country team to achieve optimize synergy of resources to deliver KPI

Expert in Air freight forwarding business and operations process

Familiar International Air freight pricing procedure and tender management

Familiar with International air freight customer RFQ

Analytical and good with numbers.
