I. Costing and control (COGS)

• Verify data accuracy with Planning and Production: dispo, dyestuff/chemicals, color intensity, yarn codification, cost elements per cdc, needle cost, and warehouse and production movements

• Verify and calculate product costs: yarn, dyestuff, chemicals, finishing, energy and salary

• Calculate cost center tariffs (transformation cost) and import them into AS400

• Reconcile Accounting with Industrial Accounting, and control CO.GE, COIN and cost center allocation

• Run the cost tree for greige, finished and print fabric

• Define stock value and identify obsolete and slow-moving stock

Cost sheets

• Calculate the cost sheet for each article

• Update the cost sheets when yarn, dyestuff, energy or tariff costs change

• Present the cost sheet analysis to the CEO

Price and margin

• Calculate selling prices and margins per article, customer and product family, and explain variances against standard

• Support Sales with price and margin simulations for quotations, and flag low-margin or loss-making products

• Analyze the impact of yarn, dyestuff and energy price changes on cost and margin

Analysis and KPIs

• Prepare weekly and monthly analysis and KPIs for management: efficiency, manufacturing losses, production, sales, cost recipe, product cost vs. sales, stock, and dyestuff/chemical and spare part consumption

II. Sustainability report

• Collect sustainability data from all departments (energy, water, chemicals, waste, production volumes, workforce)

• Calculate the indicators requested by the consultant (e.g., consumption per kg of fabric)

• Write and issue the sustainability report, following the consultant's advice and framework

III. Support to the General Director (GD)

• Attend meetings with the GD and interpret between the GD and local authorities (Italian, English and Vietnamese)

• Translate documents, letters and reports between Italian, English and Vietnamese

• Prepare meeting notes and follow up on actions with authorities and internal departments

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, industrial management….
2. 1 to 5+ years of experience in cost for manufacturing
3. Good at English
4. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and negotiation capabilities.
