Job Description

• Own the content strategy: decide what to make, for which sub-category and which shopper moment, before anything is briefed or produced. Focus: Beauty & Personal Care.
• Own the category content format library: a documented, versioned set of hooks, structures, demo patterns and openings that convert by sub-category, with performance evidence attached to each format.
• Write briefs that work in someone else's hands, including hook, format, length, demo structure and claim boundary specified.
• Set and hold the content quality standard for the category across short video, livestream and affiliate assets — defining what good looks like, and what does not get published.
• Run commercial selection at volume: review output and decide what ships and what gets amplified, working to a documented selection rule the pod can apply later.
• Close the feedback loop every cycle - read the performance scoreboard, update the format library, and raise the baseline for the next production batch.
• Benchmark category content continuously across TikTok Shop, Shopee Video - competitor brands, top creators and emerging formats - and translate what works into briefable formats.
• Partner with Livestream and Affiliate specialists on what to brief, the AI Creative Producer on output, and the Media team on what to amplify, so creative and commercial decisions are made on the same cycle.
• Document the method so it transferable.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Min of 5 years in short-form video, social content or creative direction, including at least 2 years on content carrying a commercial target (GMV, conversion, sell-through).
• Beauty or personal care category experience, agency or brand is strongly preferred.
• Regulated category exposure - beauty efficacy claims, health, supplements is a must.
• Demonstrable taste in Vietnamese short-form commerce content.
• Experience briefing third parties - creators, hosts, agencies or freelancers, and getting usable output back.
• Comfortable working from performance data: able to read hook-rate, watch-through and conversion tables and change a creative decision because of them.
• Working knowledge of AI content generation tools, with a considered view on where they help and where they fail.
• Experience building or maintaining a creative playbook, format library or equivalent reusable system is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English.
