Tuyển dụng AI Content Producer – Short Form & Mini Drama tại Hồ Chí Minh

Job Description

• Own the AI content pipeline end to end for brands: scripting, generation, assembly and post, from brief to publishable asset, including bitesize, snackable & full-length content types.

• Lead mini drama production: episode structure, AI generation workflow, continuity, assembly and delivery.

• Own the production economics. Report cost per asset, assets per week and brief-to-live time every cycle, and drive all three in the right direction as volume grows.

• Build and maintain the production stack: model and tool selection, prompt and workflow libraries, versioned so that output is repeatable.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3-5 years in video production, short-form content or creative production.

• Hands-on with AI video generation tools in live production.

• Has produced narrative or episodic content - mini drama, series, branded entertainment or equivalent, and understand continuity, pacing and episode structure.

• Comfortable being measured on cost per asset and throughput rather than craft recognition.

• Strong instincts for Vietnamese short-form content; working English.

• Short drama or mini-series production experience in the Vietnam or China market is a distinct advantage.

• Commerce-native content background - TikTok Shop, Shopee Video is strongly preferred.

• Has built a repeatable production workflow or SOP that other people could run.

• Familiarity with platform requirements on AI-generated content disclosure.
