A business-first Digital Platform PM/PO who owns one or more core modules of our Vietnam digital lending product end-to-end. This person must be commercially and operationally sharp — but is also expected to carry real technical literacy: understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flow, so that when a new requirement comes in, they can immediately assess which systems are affected and outline a reasonable direction for the solution before looping in Engineering/Architects for detailed design.

Main Responsibilities:

• End-to-end module ownership & solution design: Discover problems, define scope, design user flows, and set success metrics for the module you own; produce clear PRD/BRD, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that align UX and business rules.

• System & API impact assessment: For every incoming requirement, quickly identify which systems/modules will be touched and propose a reasonable, high-level solution direction. Read and reason about API specs (request/response, auth, error codes) and system interaction diagrams well enough to spot feasibility issues, dependencies, and edge cases early — before handing off to Engineering/Architects for detailed technical design.

• Cross-functional execution & delivery management: Work closely with IT/Engineering, Risk, Compliance/Legal, Operations/CS, and Business/BD to align priorities and deliver; track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure high-quality delivery through UAT/regression and release readiness checks.

• Post-launch monitoring & internal enablement: Build KPI dashboards, analyze performance and feedback to drive iterative improvements; translate internal users' pain points into Back Office and process enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and usability.

• 8+ years' experience in Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst roles with end-to-end delivery. Experience in digital banking, consumer lending, FinTech, or platform products is preferred. Prior exposure to reading API specs, working alongside Engineering/Architects on integration projects, or internal tools/back-office workflow improvement is a strong plus.

• Customer-obsessed and outcome-driven. Able to think strategically, execute pragmatically, and collaborate across business and technology teams. Comfortable owning a module end-to-end from idea to measurable impact.

• Solid technical literacy: comfortable reading API documentation, system/data-flow diagrams, and integration architecture at a conceptual level; able to reason about which systems a new requirement will touch and sketch a sensible high-level solution direction — without needing to write code or own the detailed technical design.

• Familiarity with agile/fast-paced environment and strong ownership mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence and align cross-functional teams, and to hold a credible technical conversation with Engineering/Architects.

• Data-driven: define KPIs, monitor performance, and make decisions based on evidence.

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field). A technical/IT-related background is a plus but not required.

• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.

• Scrum / PMP certificates a plus. Basic familiarity with API concepts (e.g., REST, Swagger/OpenAPI) or system-design fundamentals is a plus.
