- Pitch and develop potential business partnerships for CUB to acquire new-to-bank customers, particularly for consumer lending products.

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective local partners.

- Negotiate general terms and conditions of cooperation agreements.

- Identify business opportunities, understand partners' needs and requirements, and propose suitable collaboration models.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement tools, functions, and processes that support partnerships and business cooperation.

- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement new business cooperation models.

- Prepare and present partnership proposals for management approval to onboard new partners.

- Set business goals, including but not limited to sales volume and budget targets, and develop action plans to achieve the projected performance of assigned partners.

- Design and implement activities and campaigns with partners to maintain strong relationships and drive sales performance.

- Monitor and report sales results and campaign performance, and recommend improvements where necessary.

- Manage partner requests, concerns, and day-to-day business activities to maintain strong and effective relationships.

- Perform monthly commission and merchant fee reconciliation.

- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in sale/partnership/business development

+ Good at excel, have ability to do MIS report

+ Understanding of partners’ relationship engagement

+ Proven partnership portfolio and network connection

+ Background in Consumer finance/Banking, Fintech, experience with mobile app integration

+ Understand & good knowledge of lending product/ digital trend

+ Highly effective communication & negotiation skill

+ Enable to work under the pressure

+ Friendly, can work & connect with people in team is a must have
