Our Product Delivery Center (PDC) is the team that brings this experience to life every day for families across Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond.

About the role

You'll own the engine room of TeenCare's classes — making sure every session runs smoothly, every class gets scheduled on time, and problems get caught and solved before families ever notice them.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day operation of our class system, keeping disruptions to a minimum.
• Make sure classes are scheduled on time, every time.
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline how classes are operated — not just run the existing process.
• Handle operational issues as they come up (last-minute mentor changes, scheduling errors, and more).
• Manage and coach the Class Operations Specialists and Class Placement Specialists.
• Partner with the Customer Operation Manager to build daily operational dashboards.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of managing operation team
• A strong operator who's comfortable with systems and digital workflows.
• A builder's mindset — someone who improves the system, not just runs it.
• Experience operating large-scale classes or online learning programs is a plus.
• Calm and fast under pressure, with strong real-time problem-solving skills.
• Service mindset
• Good at English
