Who We Are Looking For

You are the teacher everyone remembers. You are the one who saw potential in people before they saw it themselves. You didn‘t hand your learners answers. You asked the question that made them find their own way, and then you watched them walk taller.

Now we‘re asking you to do that for an entire global company.

This is not a desk job. You won‘t design slides and hand them to someone else. You will be in the room: running the sessions, listening in on the calls, coaching people one-on-one, and staying with them until they change. And when a team succeeds or struggles, you own it.

What You Will Do

Teach, with your own voice, in every room

• Personally design and deliver training for every team: Sales & Consultation, Customer Care, Mentors, Marketing, Operations, and Product & Tech.
• Welcome every new hire yourself. Help them feel why this work matters before they learn how to do it.

- Bring the educator‘s heart into every role

• Consultants who guide parents like a trusted teacher, not a salesperson chasing a target.
• Customer Care that stays calm, warm, and non-judgmental when a parent is scared or angry.
• Product & Tech teams who build with a real child‘s growth in mind.
• Mentors who reach a level of pedagogy and coaching that changes lives.
• Coach people where the real work happens
• Sit in on live consultation calls, support chats, Mentor sessions, and team meetings, and give honest, caring feedback on the spot.
• Coach every employee and every manager personally. Don‘t solve their problems for them. Grow people who solve problems on their own.
• Run role-plays on the hardest real situations until the right response becomes second nature.
• Own the results, department by department
• Set clear, measurable training goals with each department head, and put your name on them.

- Track real change, not attendance

• Consultation quality and conversions built on genuine understanding
• Parent satisfaction and first-contact resolution
• Mentor session quality and student progress
• How often people solve problems themselves instead of escalating
• When a team falls short, don‘t blame, dig deeper. Find the root cause, retrain, re-coach, and keep going until the standard is met.
• Report progress to the CEO every month, team by team, honestly.
• Define what a TeenCare Educator looks like, then live it
• Build the "TeenCare Educator" framework: the behaviors that make someone worthy of a family‘s trust.
• Weave it into how we hire, review, and promote.
• Above all, be the example. People will learn more from how you show up than from anything you say.

• You must have
• A real teaching experience. You have stood in front of learners and seen them transform.
• Proof of impact: people and teams who performed measurably better because you trained and coached them.
• Excellent coaching skills: deep listening, powerful questions, and feedback that helps people grow.
• The ability to build practical training that changes what people actually do.
• A strong understanding of adolescent and school psychology.
• Fluent Vietnamese and professional English.
• It‘s a big plus if you have
• 2+ years of hands-on training and coaching, including helping adults from outside education (sales, service, operations, tech) grow into better versions of themselves.
• A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in edtech, education services, or a fast-moving startup.
• Experience as a head teacher or academic leader.
