ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI-Native Growth & Brand Operator who can personally go from: consumer insight → idea → creative → campaign → landing page → distribution → data → iteration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research parent psychology, behavior, and key concerns to define effective communication angles, product messaging, and tailored sales programs.
• Continuously test, validate, and refine content based on real-time market feedback.
• Directly create and produce a diverse range of content formats, including articles, visuals, short-form videos, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Actively execute organic growth initiatives, such as Founder-led content, PR campaigns, industry data reports, and creator/KOL partnerships.
• Propose, launch, and regularly review growth experiments across marketing channels to identify scalable channels.
• Analyze campaign data to double down on high-performing channels and retire underperforming ones.
• Monitor and optimize user touchpoints across the funnel, including landing pages, trial sign-up flows, CTAs, and checkout experiences.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in branding, content, consumer products, startups, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience taking an idea from zero to one - building a channel, campaign, community, product, or business initiative - is highly valued.
• Strong evidence of execution and measurable outcomes is more important than job titles or years of experience.
