Tuyển dụng Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng IT tại Hà Nội

Talent Acquisition (90%):
 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions (Developers, QA/QC, BA, PM, Techlead/SA, etc.)

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements

• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.

• Promote employer branding activities to attract top talents.

• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
 

Employer Branding (10%):
 

• Plan and execute Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, student organizations, and academic institutions to support campus recruitment and early talent programs.

• Organize and coordinate career fairs, campus events, company talks, internship programs, and other employer branding activities.

• Manage recruitment communication channels, including company career pages and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to create engaging employer branding content, showcasing company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in IT industry. 
• Experience recruiting for IT roles; experience handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment is a strong advantage. 
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. 
• Experience in Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, or recruitment marketing is highly desirable. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Prefer good communication in English.
