About the Role

We are looking for a Lifestyles & Concierge Consultant to provide personalised customer service to our clients.

Your main responsibility is to receive / calls customers (inbound & outbound), understand their needs, and recommend suitable services, benefits and deals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, learns quickly and can handle multiple requests and different programmes at the same time.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer requests mainly via phone, and email/chat when required.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate advice and recommendations based on Aspire's training
• Introduce and explain relevant services, benefits, packages and promotional deals.
• Learn and keep up to date with different programmes, offers and service information.
• Research and arrange lifestyle services such as dining, travel, entertainment, shopping and sports & recreation and others (if any)
• Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
• Make inbound & outbound calls when required to introduce Concierge services and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to fulfil customer requests.
• Record customer requests and information accurately in the system.
• Meet required customer service quality and performance standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2+ year of customer service experience, preferably in VIP customer service, hospitality, hotel, travel, retail or lifestyle services.
• Good spoken and written English & Vietnamese.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Quick learner who can learn and remember different services, programmes and deals.
• Able to multitask and manage different customer requests at the same time.
• Good at finding information and solving customer requests.
• Patient, positive and genuinely customer-oriented.
• Calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
• Comfortable using computers and online systems.
• Willing to work shift schedules, including 24/7 roster coverage.
