The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, and performance management while serving as a key business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth through effective financial management, capital allocation, risk oversight, treasury operations, and strategic investment activities, including M&A.

Description

Financial Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with long-term business objectives.

* Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team on financial performance, growth opportunities, and investment decisions.

* Lead capital structure planning, financing initiatives, and financial risk management activities.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.

* Deliver financial insights and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

* Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and recommend actions to optimize performance.

Financial Reporting & Controls

* Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting to management, shareholders, and external stakeholders.

* Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports.

* Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial reporting processes.

Risk Management & Compliance

* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

* Maintain robust control environments across all finance functions.

Treasury & Capital Management

* Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and investment activities.

* Optimize the company's capital structure and cost of capital to support growth objectives.

* Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and funding partners.

Mergers & Acquisitions

* Lead financial evaluation, due diligence, valuation, and execution of potential acquisition, divestment, and investment opportunities.

* Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and key stakeholders.

* Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and growth outlook effectively.

ESG & Sustainability

* Incorporate ESG considerations into financial planning and investment decision-making.

* Support sustainability initiatives and reporting requirements aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

* Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.

* Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, capital markets, and financial controls.

* Experience across diverse industries such as manufacturing, construction, engineering, financial services, or related sectors is advantageous.

* Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and business partnering capabilities.

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational performance.

* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.

* Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
