• Financial Management & Reporting
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Formulate, implement, and maintain internal accounting policies and control systems.
  • Monitor company budgets, revenues, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
• Taxation & Compliance (Vietnam Specific)
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC (or Circular 133 for SMEs).
  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of all tax declarations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).
  • Manage statutory audits and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and government authorities.
  • Handle tax finalization (Quyết toán thuế) and represent the company during tax audits.
• Banking & Treasury
  • Oversee working capital, cash flows, and banking relationships.
  • Supervise banking transactions and loans
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s strict foreign exchange control laws regarding overseas transfers and capital accounts.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Certifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate (Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng) issued by the Ministry of Finance Vietnam.
• Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager role.
  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in global ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (bilingual English/Vietnamese is often required for MNCs)
