Tuyển dụng Chief Accountant tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Record accounting entries in MISA; verify the validity of invoices, contracts, and payment vouchers.

• Reconcile bank accounts, receivables/payables, and intercompany balances across the group.

• Close monthly/quarterly/annual books; prepare Financial Statements; coordinate with independent auditors.

• Prepare and file VAT, PIT, and CIT returns; e-invoices; Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).

• Track fixed assets, tools and instruments, prepaid expenses, and inventory.

• Work with the technical team to migrate the books from MISA to the internal ERP system under development — the owner of the accounting logic for that system.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3 years of experience as a general accountant or chief accountant, able to independently prepare complete Financial Statements.

• Basic English communication skills

• Experience handling multiple legal entities at the same time.

• Valid Chief Accountant certificate (required for appointment under the Law on Accounting).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

• Proficient in MISA and Excel.

• Solid knowledge of Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC and Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC, the Law on Tax Administration, and current e-invoice regulations.

• Willing to use AI tools in the role as directed by the Finance Lead.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) and cross-border transactions.

• Experience working in a group-company / parent-subsidiary structure.

• Experience implementing or migrating accounting software.
