1. Payroll Management

In charge of full payroll cycle, including monthly timesheet, payroll, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and final settlements, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.

Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and statutory payments.

In charge of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT), including employee registration, adjustments, declarations, annual tax finalization, and employee support.

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and all statutory regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.

3. Employee Relations

Provide guidance to employees on C&B policies, benefits, and HR procedures.

Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, insurance, and taxation.

In charge of disciplinary processes, including documentation, meeting coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Maintain proper employee records and documentation.

4. HRIS

Maintain accurate employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding.

Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvements.

5. HR Reporting & Analytics

Prepare periodic HR reports, including payroll reports, headcount, labor cost, statutory reports, and other HR metrics.

Analyze payroll and C&B data to identify trends and support management decision-making.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

6. Process Improvement & Others

Review and improve payroll and C&B processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Support HR projects, policy updates, audits, and system implementations as assigned.

BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management preferred.

Minimum 05 years of experience.

Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).

Good English communication skills is preferred.

Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.

Works effectively in a dynamic atmosphere.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
