Business Development Specialist - Agency Partnership (25-35M + Attractive Incentive)

JOB OVERVIEW

Drive revenue growth through media agency partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, from building agency relationships, hunting opportunities, pitching solutions, and negotiating to closing deals, while driving agency adoption of AWING’s Location-Based Media solutions. 

Your mission is to win more media budgets from global agencies, grow strategic accounts, and make AWING a go-to solution in their multichannel media plans. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. New Business Development & Client Hunting (80%): 

• Identify and proactively approach leading media agencies to develop new business opportunities.  
• Manage the sales process from prospecting, solution pitching, and negotiation to deal closing.  
• Develop AWING’s sales pipeline and expand the client portfolio.  

2. Account Management & Business Growth (20%): 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders.  
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new campaigns to grow existing accounts.  
• Develop long-term partnerships and expand AWING’s presence across media agency networks.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.  
• English: Proficient in English for professional communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.5); Strong speaking skill is a plus.  
• Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Client Service, or Account Management, preferably within media agencies or media-related companies serving big agency clients.  
• Communication, Commercial Skills & Mindset: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and consulting skills; proactive, resourceful, persistent, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to create opportunities from scratch.  
• Marketing & Tools: Good understanding of basic marketing concepts and proficient in Microsoft Office.
