• Actively hunt and secure new business across diverse sectors such as FMCG, automotive, tech, F&B, and retail.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Identify client pain points and consultatively offer tailored BTL solutions including product activations, sampling, roadshows, trade programs, event management, and brand experiences.
• Offer marketing consulting services as a value-added solution, including market insight generation, brand strategy advisory, channel strategy recommendations, and campaign planning.
• Lead the creation of strategic proposals and customized pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams (Concept, Costing, and Operations).
• Present and pitch ideas persuasively to win over key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable contract terms and smooth handover to execution teams.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with new clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Stay updated with BTL and integrated marketing trends to strengthen the agency’s thought leadership and solution offering.
• Report pipeline updates, and strategic insights regularly to the BOM.

• Proven experience in a senior bidding or account management role within a similar industry or sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully winning and delivering high-value bids and proposals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
• Strong network and ability to access decision-makers in various industries.
