New Sales

- Identify and develop new customers in the market for:

- Forwarding services (Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Trucking)

- Contract Logistics services (Warehousing, Domestic Inland Trucking, etc.).

- Propose and secure new business by providing efficient, effective, and customized logistics solutions based on customer needs.

- Manage new customers after onboarding to expand revenue and ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) for new customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, - Economics, or related fields.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within logistics, forwarding, or contract logistics.

- Strong understanding of forwarding services, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, and domestic logistics solutions.

- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.

- Experience in key account management and business expansion is a strong advantage.

- Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and under sales targets / KPI pressure.

- Experience in AR management and customer payment follow-up.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

- Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
